Access Denied CODE

Introduction

Access Denied Code indicates credential being presented at the door is not downloaded to the controller and the reporting of invalid codes has been disabled.

Solution

  • A user will badge at a door and generate the event Access denied CODE.

  • Go to the Controller Properties > Reporting Tab > uncheck the setting to disable the reporting of invalid codes. Press OK to save the settings.

  • Next time the user badges at the door they will receive Access Denied CARD
