Updating SNIB3 Firmware can be done easily through Velocity software. SNIB3 files can be obtained through Identiv Support’s site

Firmware upgrade considerations for Hirsch controllers

Below are the steps to complete this task:

Download the SNIB3 firmware through the Partner Portal link on the Identiv Support page
Once downloaded, inside Velocity, select the ID Icon, then Data Exchange, then SNIB3 Import

Once there, select the file, select next, then finish
Next, open Controller Properties, then select Update SNIB3 Firmware
