Expired SSA and Registration Reminder

Dear Trusted Partner,

Thank you for continuing to put your trust in Identiv. This is a reminder to ensure you have renewed the SSAs for your existing customers and have registered Hirsch Velocity Software:

Hirsch Velocity Software Support Agreement (SSA)
The SSA program provides access to the world-class Hirsch Velocity Software technical support helpdesk, software patches, and updates. Beginning July 2, 2019, all Hirsch Velocity customers must have a current SSA agreement in place in order to receive complimentary technical support.

Software Support Agreement (SSA) Considerations
We recommend that before you have a technician conduct on-site visits, you ensure the End-User customer has an active SSA in place in case Identiv Technical Support is needed.

Product Registration Required for ALL End-Users
Effective July 1, 2018, all Hirsch Velocity users are required to register their software with Identiv in order to be eligible for support. Dealers and customers contacting Identiv Technical Support will be directed to the online Software Registration Form to complete prior to receiving technical support.

If you have not yet registered your Hirsch Velocity Software, please take the time today.
