Symptom

Analog video on a S-Series 1 3VR appliance appears as a blank black screen or just says "Loading".

  • First, try rebooting the system. If video comes back after the reboot and get the logs

  • Check Video Diagnostics. If the device is not visible to the operating system and the channels have red Xs next to them, the video card has failed.

If the device is visible and the channels have green check marks, continue with Video Problems troubleshooting.

For "old" S-Series (BMSXXX), issue a full system RMA, since video cards are not field replaceable on the S-Series 1. For S-Series 2 (AVTXXXXX) refer P-Series and S-Series Stretch card failures.
