How to Determine if a System Shipped with Dual OS?

All systems at serial number AVD01201214234 (from January 2012) or later are manufactured with Dual OS. For systems with an earlier serial number, do the following to determine whether it shipped with Dual OS or not:

  1. Log into Salesforce and go to the page of the system you are investigating

  2. Look at the "OS Version" field in the "Software" section. If the OS is listed as 4.60, the system shipped with Dual OS.

  3. Alternately, you can also check the OS version when logged into the system via System Manager by going to the Update Software tab, selecting the system, and clicking "Inspect". The OS version will be the second set of numbers listed in the parentheses.
