Primis server periodically checks the Internet for updates. When updates are available, Primis Web Admin will notify end users with a blue button at the top right corner.
To download and update Primis software:
Log in as either “system” or any administrator who has “Software Update” privilege.
Click the blue “Update Available” button at the top right corner or simply navigate to System->Utilities->Software Update menu.
Click the “Download Update” button and click “OK” to confirm:
Download process will take a few minutes to complete:
Once the download is complete, an “Update Software” button will appear.
Click “Install Update”, then click “OK” to confirm:
Click “OK” again to proceed:
The update will start, the process will take a few minutes:
After the update is complete, Primis will redirect the web browser back to its login page:
