Registering Velocity System

Starting with Velocity v3.8.0, all customers and certified Hirsch/Identiv dealers will need to register their Velocity systems and complete a software support agreement to obtain technical support and access to software updates. Registering for software support also ensures that all valid licenses currently applied to your existing system will be carried forward.
To register, you must complete and submit an online Software Registration Form. After you submit the form, you will receive an email message with additional information about completing the process.
You initially get only a 90-day temporary demonstration license for a new Velocity installation. Then, you must contact Identiv to obtain and add a Velocity License.
