Client Lost Network Connection to the Server

With a Client system connected to a server, the two units communicate via a network connection.

When the client loses it’s network connection for any reason, the “Loss of Connection” message appears.

This could be disconnection from the ethernet cable, loss of network in the cable, or other various reasons.

How can this issue be resolved?

  • Connect the computer back to the network.

  • Click “Yes” in response to the message asking “Do you want to try to re-establish your connection to the Velocity Server?”

  • Verify re-connection to the server
