After binding cameras to the plug-in (step 2), links will appear under Bound Cameras for each camera.
Click a link (for example Edit “8. Garage West”) to edit the settings for that camera.
Type the Source ID for the Ticketech location and device that will be associated with this camera. The Source ID must be in [Ticketech Location ID]-[Ticketech Workstation ID] format.
For example, if the Location ID is DBF032 and the Workstation ID is 21, you would type DBF032-21 in the Source ID box.
To associate multiple Ticketech devices with a single camera, type the Source IDs of all of the devices, separated by a comma with no spaces.
To associate the same Ticketech device with multiple cameras, type the Source ID in the Edit Settings dialog for both cameras.
If desired, edit the Pre-Event Buffer and Post-Event Buffer settings. These settings control how many seconds of video will be included with the Ticketech event.
By default, 2 seconds before and after the event are included. For example, if a Ticketech transaction is entered at exactly 2:05 p.m., the Ticketech event that is generated in OpCenter will have a video clip that is 4 seconds long, from 2:04:58 to 2:05:02.Click OK to save your changes and return to the Configure panel.
Repeat steps 2-4 for any remaining cameras bound to the Ticketech Transaction Application plug-in in step 2.
It is optional but recommended to configure an unmapped camera for the plug-in. The unmapped camera will capture Ticketech messages with a Source ID not associated with any other camera. To configure an unmapped camera, click the ... button next to Bound Cameras and select an additional camera. In the Source ID field for that camera, type the word unmapped (see image to the right).
