The 3VR’s Customer Not Present (CNP) analytic combines data from the 3VR Dwell plug-in with integrated Point of Sale (POS) data to help investigate fraud. With CNP installed and enabled on your system you will be able to:

  • Search for suspicious PoS events

  • Create alerts to help catch fraud in real time
