Appliance does not connect to Enterprise

  1. While appliance is up and running, disconnect the network cable from LAN 1.

  2. In System Manager under the Config tab, right click on appliance and force remove from Enterprise.

  3. Power down the system.

  4. Reconnect the cable to LAN 1.

  5. Power on the system.

  6. Contact the Customer’s Central Security area to have them add appliance back to the enterprise.
