For the DataConduIT service to run and send events to the 3VR Appliance, you will need to have a user enabled for single sign on. Refer to Chapter 2, “Getting Started” in the OnGuard DataConduIT User Guide for assistance with the following steps.

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.

  2. Open Administrative Tools > Services.

  3. Right-click on 3VR Access Events and select Properties.

  4. Click the Log On tab.

  5. Select This account.

  6. Enter the Windows account name and password that you chose when enabling single sign on in step 2 on page 3.

  7. Click the Dependencies tab.

  8. Verify that the LS DataConduIT Service and LS Linkage Server are listed as dependencies, as shown in the image to the right.

  9. Click the General tab.

  10. From the Startup type drop-down menu, select Automatic.

  11. Click the Start button.

  12. Click OK.

  1. Generate a test event on each OnGuard device.

  2. Launch 3VR OpCenter.

  3. In the Monitor panel, select the channel numbers that were mapped to OnGuard devices in step 8.

  4. Choose a recent time frame, such as 30 minutes.

  5. Click the arrow next to Click here to choose event types and select Lenel Event from the drop-down menu.

  6. If the integration is successful, the Monitor panel will populate with one or more Lenel event cards.
