If there is no option to view 16 channels on a 16, 24, or 32 channel system, make sure that the OpCenter window is maximized and that you are viewing OpCenter on a monitor with sufficient resolution for 16 channels (minimum 1280x1024).
Click the down arrow in the corner of a video panel to display the list of channels and select a the new channel.
