1. Login to 3VR Dashboard as Administrator.
2. Click CONFIGURATION.
3. Select the Report Scheduler Tab menu. The Email Configuration and Recipient Configuration pane appears as shown in Figure below.
   

4. Enter the SMTP Email Server domain name or IP Address in the Email Server field.

   Note
   The user must not configure the port number with their Gmail ID in the Email Server field. For example, entering "smtp.gmail.com" in the server Email Server field is correct and "smtp.gmail.com:587" is incorrect.

   
   

5. Enter the email address of the SMTP user in the Email Address field.
6. Select the Requires Authorization box checkbox if SMTP server requires authentication or do not select the checkbox if it does not require any authorization.
7. Enter the Username and Password of the SMTP server if the Requires Authorization checkbox is selected.
